Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@thirstyrun.shop so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at support@thirstyrun.shop . Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
